Basler Afrika Bibliographien (BAB)
The Basler Afrika Bibliographien are a private institution with various collections (library, rare books, archive, photo collection, poster collection, sound and video archives) on southern Africa. The extensive collection on Namibia is internationally known.
The catalogue of the library offers access to the general library containing books published after 1919, journals, newspapers and grey literature on Namibia and southern Africa.

The online catalogue of the library network IDS Basel Bern offers access to about 5 million books from more than 160 libraries associated with the universities of Basel and Bern. Items with reference to Africa receive a special code which allows you to limit your search.
