 pts for southern African history and politics. He is Spitzer Professor of 
 International Relations at the City College of New York\, author of works 
 on genocide\, memory studies and intellectual history\, and editor of the 
 Journal of Genocide Research.\\r\\nJointly organized by the University of 
 Namibia\, the University of Basel and the Basler Afrika Bibliographien.\\r
