Transcultural Leadership Summit | Learning about Sub-Saharan Africa
It is our pleasure to inform you on the Transcultural Leadership Summit 2017 that will take place on 16-17 November at the ZF Campus at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen.
With the tremendous success of last year’s conference, having created a platform for exchange not only for experts from business, politics and academia, but also for brilliant students from all over the world, the Transcultural Leadership Summit is entering its next round. Welcoming senior managers, young professionals and entrepreneurs from large, medium and small enterprises as well as young researchers, the Summit facilitates and encourages inspirational encounters and discussions on transcultural learning.
The Summit is organized by a group of highly motivated students, under the lead of Professor Josef Wieland, Director of the Leadership Excellence Institute Zeppelin | LEIZ and Dean of the ZU Graduate School.
With this year’s focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, we want to center our attention on this region’s dynamically growing future markets and rapidly changing societal and political developments, both of which face the challenges of integrity in today’s social order. It is this coalescence that we aim to explore.
The Transcultural Leadership Summit 2017 addresses topics such as the ethics of African leadership, digitalization, urbanism and its potentials, success stories of African start-ups and of political and social initiatives, as well as investment and cooperation opportunities for foreign players. Thus, we aim to contribute towards the emergence of global leadership skills and the management of diversity for successful transcultural cooperation.
We cordially invite you to become part of our Summit.
