Photography and filming
The organizers plan to conduct filming and photography at the conference for use in reporting and in educational or promotional materials in print, electronic or other media, including their websites and social media channels. If a participant does not agree to this, he or she shall inform the organizers.

Delegate list
A list of all participants will be available to the registered participants and will be included in the reporting. This list will include the name and affiliation of participants.
