Drummer Sphelelo Mazibuko has enchanted the bird’s eye audience as an excellent sideman in countless South African projects. In 2025, he finally released his debut album “Faces”. Now, Mazibuko extends that work by examining how musical identity evolves through technology, electronic practices, and AI.
