Talk series: "African Voices Lucerne"

African Perspectives on Global Futures

The Arthur Waser Foundation organizes in collaboration with the Lucerne Theatre the second event of the talk series "African Voices Lucerne". This series offers distinguished African personalities the opportunity to share their perspectives and opinions on the future of the African continent and its global significance, thereby broadening our understanding of Africa.

At the next event on 7 April 2025, Lesley Lokko, Founder and Chair of the African Futures Institute in Ghana and the curator of the 18th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice in 2023, will be in conversation with Zegeye Cherenet, President of the Alliance for Building Communities and Assistant Professor at the Ethiopian Institute of Architecture, Building & City Development. The discussion with be moderated by Henri-Michel Yéré, who is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Basel.
