The feminist rapper and slammer Orakle Ngoy is one of the few female voices in Congolese hip-hop. At the wildwuchs festival, she will be a guest at the Kaserne with a multi-member crew and a varied program: there will be an art installation, a talk and a concert with musician Sarah Solo.

• Art installation from 17:00: Art objects will be installed in various locations and the post-colonial diversity of gender and class will be explored in a performative way;
• DIVA TALKS from 18:30: Talk with Orakle Ngoy, Sarah Solo and Sarah Ndele about the “international” conditions for female artists from the continent of Africa and their diaspora;
• Concert from 21:00: Orakle Ngoy will be on stage with Sarah Solo, the only female soloist in the well-known music group WENGE MUSICA MAISON MERE. The melodies of the two artists are filled with a unifying energy and combine rap with Congolese rumba music. The lyrics evoke their sorrows as well as their joys.
