The African Diaspora Council Switzerland invites you to the 16th Action Week Against Racism. The event is themed “The Opportunity of Diversity in Leisure and Sports Clubs”.

The event features German expert Florence Brokowski-Shekete, who will deliver a keynote address followed by a discussion on racism in leisure and sports. She will explore mechanisms of exclusion, privilege, and social participation, demonstrating how these manifest in everyday life, clubs, and sports. A book table with subsequent signing and a reception will foster exchange and networking among experts, activists, migrants, and clubs.

The aim is to raise awareness of subtle and overt discrimination, support the empowerment of those affected, facilitate shifts in perspective, and expand networks.
