AAP Public Dialogue Series: "Mapping the Partnership Landscape: Teaching, Research and Public Service Across AAP Member Universities"

Alliance for African Partnership

This issue brings together institutional case studies from across the AAP consortium, exploring contexts, priorities, strengths, challenges, and evolving approaches to teaching, research, and public service across member universities.

The latest issue features perspectives from institutions including Egerton University, Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Makerere University, Université Yambo Ouologuem de Bamako, United States International University–Africa, Université Cheikh Anta Diop, University of Botswana, University of Dar es Salaam, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and University of Pretoria.

The dialogue will draw on these experiences to explore common themes, differences across contexts, opportunities for peer learning, and the role of partnerships in supporting institutional transformation.

The conversation will include:

  • An introduction to the publication and its key findings
  • Perspectives from participating member universities
  • A moderated discussion on institutional transformation
  • Audience discussion and interactive polling
  • A look ahead at opportunities for collaboration and peer learning
