Africa City Tour Basel
At six spots for around 90 minutes, we make apparent private and professional ties between Africans and Swiss people, historical and contemporary.
Our team guides you, as a duo, through the pittoresque Old Town of Basel. Young African researchers, historians and guides with further experience mediate the following six stations in a lively and informative manner: Jazz from South Africa, Basel Mission, Anti-Apartheid-movement, contemporary literature, transatlantic trade, sanity in Basel and Africa.
The city tour is offered to the public on the second Saturday of each month and can also be booked for private tours.
