Fernandes Wanda: The Angolan political transition – challenges to find the right path for sustainable development
The SOAS Centre of African Studies, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation and SOAS Radio are happy to announce the third Webinar of the Governance for Development in Africa Initiative Webinar Series, scheduled for Thursday 31st of October at 5pm GMT (London timezone). Mr Fernandes Wanda, who is about to complete his PhD at SOAS University of London under the Mo Ibrahim Foundation PhD Scholarship programme, will deliver a seminar on Angola’s recent political transition and its impact on the country's development. The online event will be chaired by: Professor Carlos Oya (SOAS) It will be a free online seminar, meaning anyone with an internet (from a laptop or a smartphone) or phone connection can attend (visit the website for more info).
