With Nídia and DJ Marfox, two DJs from the Portuguese Príncipe label scene are coming to Basel. Marfox is considered a pioneer of the Batida sound from the barrios of Lisbon, and Nídia is currently the producer of the moment with remixes and collaborations for artists like Kelela, Yaeji, and Valentina Magaletti. Look forward to an extended back-to-back set from the two, where they will combine Afro-Portuguese styles like Kuduro, Tarraxinha, and Batida with House and Techno in an exhilarating way. Local support comes from Mafou from the Somatic Rituals camp.
