With their latest album "World Wide We", the Berlin-based duo OY invites you to tear down all clichés by dancing – with style, depth and an unmistakable sound. Singer and keyboardist Joy Frempong and producer and drummer Melodydreamer have been making music that transcends musical, linguistical and cultural limits for over a decade.

Their sounds mix Afrobeats with avant-pop, electronica with jazz, hip-hop with trap - with playful ease and a clear political awareness at the same time. The songs on the album deal with personal and political themes in a multilingual and poetic way.
