Stream House AG is looking for an account/program manager for approximately 15 hours per week to organize and coordinate the projects.

Stream House AG provides international consulting services on governance and accountability, anti-corruption, asset recovery, anti-money laundering (AML) and financial disclosures systems. The Stream House team has long standing experience, having held key positions in government, law enforcement, private sector and academia. We have designed and evaluated a wide range of governance and accountability programs, anti-corruption policies and capacity building initiatives in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. Stream House experts have also worked in conflict and post-conflict countries in Africa within the miningsector.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize and monitor international development projects
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Follow-up on accounting and bookkeeping on a weekly basis
• Issue invoices
• Administration oft he accounting software
• Produce financial reports
• Business development

Requirements

• Experience in program and account management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Smartsheet; Trello etc.) is a strong advantage
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
