Job: Associate Human Rights Officer (P-2), Geneva

This position is financed by HSD (Human Security Division of the Federal Department of foreign affairs).
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in international law, including human rights law, political science or a related field
- At least three years work experience in human rights law or a related area. The UN Secretariat counts relevant internships at 50%.
- Knowledge of UN human rights mechanisms
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of two Swiss national languages
- Knowledge of other UN official languages is desirable
- Ability to draft in French or Spanish is desirable
- Swiss nationality
- Valid driving license
- Not older than 32 years at the date of the first round of interviews
Duration:
- 2 year assignment (fixed-term contract)
