The Suyana Foundation is a Swiss non-profit organization committed to the sustainable empowerment of individuals and rural communities through three core pillars: health, livelihoods, and education. They run holistic development programs in Bolivia and Peru, and collaborate with trusted local partners in Uganda, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Switzerland, and beyond – promoting local ownership and lasting impact.

To further strengthen their global system for Impact, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), the Suyana Foundation is looking for a motivated and analytical Impact Analyst / MEL Specialist (100%).

The position supports Suyana’s efforts to collect, analyse, and use data effectively to measure progress, improve project quality, and foster learning across all regions which requires both conceptual strength and practical implementation skills to guide teams and partners in establishing robust MEL processes.

Based in Zug, Switzerland, the role reports to the Impact Manager and includes regular travel to project areas in South America and East Africa.
