5th Biannual AEGIS CRG African History Conference (Leiden, 18-19 June 2020)
The 5th Biannual AEGIS CRG African History Conference, to be hosted by the African Studies Centre in Leiden on 18 and 19 June 2020.
The conference is free of charge. The CRG History Group at the ASCL will offer refreshments during breaks, the dinner on 18 June and the lunch on 19 June. Participants will be required to arrange and pay for their own travels and accomodations. Convenient hotels are the Ibis Hotel and Tulip In Hotel. Both hotels are near the railway station and close to the African Studies Centre and the conference venue.
Those wishing to take part are kindly requested to register before 1 April 2020 with Mr Rik Jongenelen, secretary of seminars, communications & press at the ASCL (r.g.l.jongenelen@clutterasc.leidenuniv.nl). Please state your full name and your affiliation, as well as the days of the conference you plan to attend if you do not intend to attend the whole event. There is room for a maximum of 40 participants. All confirmed participants - including roundtable convenors - are requested to register as well!
