In order to promote gender-fair and inclusive communication as well as to cultivate it in everyday life, Mission 21 has published a guide entitled “Compass for just language.”

This guide shows what decolonial and anti-racist language can look like. By publishing this guide, Mission 21 aims to bring the topic to a wider audience. The guide is intended as an invitation to develop language consciously and responsibly.

The guide is available online as a PDF (see link below) and can and should be used as a starting point for discussion; it is intended to be modified and further developed.
