Leibniz-Zentrum Moderner Orient (ZMO) is a publicly-funded research centre for interdisciplinary research on the history, societies and cultures of Asia, Africa and the Middle East and their interconnections among one another and with Europe.
Within its research unit Religion and Intellectual Culture, ZMO seeks to recruit a postdoctoral scholar from 1 January 2025 for initially one year working on South or Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa or the Middle East.
