SNIS stipend for research on International Organisations

The SNIS IO research stipend for young scholars is a newfunding opportunity aimed at promoting Geneva-based research onInternational Organisations.

The stipend offers second year PhD students the opportunity to carry out their IO-related research while being based at the SNIS offices in Geneva. The successful PhD candidate will receive a stipend of CHF 1’500 over a period of up to six months. Alternatively, the SNIS may allocate stipends to two candidates for a period of three months each. Entrants must be registered as second year PhD student in a Swiss institution of higher education. The stipend is also open for candidates who are not Swiss nationals. A research report outlining the scientific advances and potential policy implications is to be delivered.
