Start-up Grants: History, Social Sciences and Literary Studies

The Graduate School of Social Sciences (G3S) offers three, the Basel Graduate School of History (BGSH) and the Doctoral Program in Literary Studies of the University of Basel each offer two one-year start-up grants, starting on 1 April 2025.
The aim of the start-up grants is to enable young researchers to develop a competitive application for a research grant or research project position. The start-up grant will be paid in two half-yearly tranches (with evaluation).
Deadline for application: 25 November 2024 (Social Sciences); 10 November 2024 (History); 17 November 2024 (Literary Studies)
