With his Amandla Freedom Ensemble Mandla Mlangeni has created a powerful and much acclaimed outfit that enchants young and old audiences. For his Basel concerts he teams up with musicians of his generation from Switzerland and Germany, with whom he recorded his latest album during a residency in February this year.
