Following its earlier productions «Fufu Tryout» and «More Fufu!»f dedicated to the masters of African music, the agile band of drummer and sound-hunter Dominic Egli presents its latest album «Azania In Mind». Egli, who is known for his raw sensitivity, explosive coolness and down-to-earth playfulness has assembled his dream line-up: Ganesh Geymeier (ts), Raffaele Bossard (b) and Feya Faku on horns. Plurism brings together African music cultures, collective improvisation and individual musical statements into a coherent sound - a colourful call for a decolonial encounter with the Africa, her people and cultures.
Due to the current restricitions the closed concert will be streamed live via the BeJazz Youtube channel.
