Exhibition: Power to the Commons (CH/DRC)
Commons are resources that emerge from self-organized, need-oriented production and use. The collective management of commons (nature, Wikipedia, housing cooperatives, open-source software, sharing communities, etc.) is particularly challenging because our habits are deeply rooted in the structures of everyday life, the market, the state. "Power to the Commons" is a transcontinental joint project of SALTS with Waza art center, Lubumbashi/DR Congo, about the question of how cultural centers, collectives, individual artists, all of us can grow in the idea of the commons. Hopefully with concrete consequences for all participants.
