Webinar: Ethical Humanitarianisms: research financing and knowledge production

HUMA-FIFE Ethical Humanitarianisms Series 2021

The "Ethical Humanitarianisms" series convenes leaders in the policy, academic, business, philanthropy, research, funding, civil society, and humanitarian sectors to address the ethical quandaries that underpin humanitarian, aid, funding, and philanthropy work in Africa, documenting experiences, examining challenges, and asking how to build more ethical humanitarian, philanthropy, funding, and financing interventions in a world of conflicting ethics and contradictions.

Panellists: Iina Soiri (Education and Science Counsellor, Team Finland Knowledge Expert, Embassy of Finland, Formin, South Africa), Ebrima Sall (Executive Director, Trust Africa, Senegal) & Henri-Michel Yéré (Lecturer & Researcher in Sociology & Centre for African Studies, University of Basel, Switzerland).
