The key area with the broad name “Health” brings together researchers from different disciplines and at different stages of their academic careers. A particular focus of the key area is on the exchange and critical conceptual and epistemological reflection of health-related themes explored from different disciplinary perspectives, including both the social and natural sciences. Our members represent various faculties and departments of the University of Basel as well affiliated institutes, in particular the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute.
