The Forum centres the voices, visions, and agency of young Africans as structural partners in governance, not symbolic additions. The Forum is part of the MEA Youth & Policy Week, which is structured around four thematic pillars – trade and multilateral governance, resource politics and Middle East-Africa investment, reparatory justice and restitution, and technology and digital sovereignty – and creates a deliberate narrative arc across the full SGAS-VAD 2026 conference week.
