SNSF grants for young researchers: PRIMA and Ambizione
PRIMA grants are aimed at outstanding women researchers who hope to become professors. Ambizione grants are aimed at young researchers who wish to lead an independent project at a Swiss higher education institution. The submission deadline is 1 November 2021.
PRIMA grants are aimed at excellent women researchers who show a high potential for obtaining a professorship. PRIMA grantees conduct an independent research project with their own team at least at the group leader level within a Swiss research institution.
Ambizione grants are aimed at young researchers who wish to conduct, manage and lead an independent project at a Swiss higher education institution. The purpose of the scheme is to enhance the scientific profile of researchers from Switzerland and abroad and to help them become scientifically independent early in their career with a project of their own.
The submission deadline for PRIMA and Ambizione is 1 November 2021
