The research project explores the links between farmers’ motivations, values and institutions associated to labour/work in the perspective of an agroecological transition in West Africa (Senegal).

The 2 Phd will be co-hosted at the Institute of Geography and at the Centre for Development and Environment, University of Bern, Switzerland during 4 years.
