The EMEAI Global Security Intern provides assistance and support to the region through conducting research and providing concise written and oral briefings.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather public and private sources of information and intelligence regarding a variety of issues of interest to the ADM Global Security Department, including:
- Geopolitics
- Agriculture
- Public health Cyber threats
- Industrial espionage
- Insider threat
- Government regulations
- Terrorism
- Travel security issues
- Workplace violence
- Transportation security
- Activism
- etc.
- Assist the Head of Security EMEAI in creating risk profiles and metrics by which mitigation strategies are developed.
- Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly reports related to emerging security, societal or Geopolitical trends with the potential to impact ADM.
- Conduct research and assist on projects as needed.
Your Profile
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university
- Must possess excellent writing skills
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure of tight deadlines and high, exacting standards
- Solid Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must speak English proficiently and additional languages are a plus
- Possess understanding of international current events
- Ability to work independently
