Call: 11th Iberian Conference on African Studies (CIEA11) – African Transits in the Global World: History and Memories, Heritage and Innovation.

The 11th Iberian Conference on African Studies (CIEA11) will take place in Lisbon on 2-4 July 2020, at the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon (Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa, FLUL). It will be held by the Centre for History of the University of Lisbon (CH-ULisboa).
The CIEA11 is entitled African Transits in the Global World: History and Memories, Heritage and Innovation.
Professors, researchers, students and other professionals interested in the conference subjects are invited to submit a panel or a paper within a panel.
Submission
The call for panels is open until November 15, 2019.
The call for papers will be open on December 9, 2019 until February 24, 2020.
Abstracts and papers are accepted in Portuguese, Castilian, English and French.
