The third African International Conference adopts the combined theme: “Sustaining the African Momentum: From Vision to Action — Institutional Excellence, Global Leadership", and "Transformative Action for a Prosperous, Integrated, and Resilient Africa”.  This conference focuses on implementation. It moves beyond declarations to ask: Who will execute? How will it be financed? How will it be governed? How will progress be measured?

The conference invites scholars, practitioners, policymakers, industry leaders, civil society actors, and diaspora representatives to submit proposals that bridge high-level policy frameworks and measurable, on-the-ground outcomes.

Submissions must align with at least one of the following eight interconnected pillars: 

• Governance, Institutional Capacity, and Policy Execution
• Economic Integration, AfCFTA Implementation, and Sustainable Finance
• Digital Sovereignty, Technologies, and Ethical AI
• Climate Resilience, Just Energy Transition, and Natural Resource Governance
• Health Systems, Food Security, and Human Capital
• Education for Development: Systems Transformation and Knowledge Production 
• Cultural Diplomacy, Creative Economics, and Sports as Economic Engines 
• Data Science, Monitoring, and Evaluation
