Archive Talk: Changes in Direction – Film & Lecture
In this talk between Laura Horelli (artist from Finland), Julia Rensing (historian at freiburg-postkolonial.de) and Dag Henrichsen (historian at Basler Afrika Bibliographien) the role of Archives for the colonial and post-colonial history will be investigated. Additionally, Laura Horelli's film „Uutisten aika“ (Newstime) that includes a focus on Namibian historian and writer Ellen Namhila will be screened and discussed subsequently.
