Webinar: Managing pandemics and mass atrocity risks in the Great Lakes region of Africa

The Great Lakes region of Africa has extensive and tragic experiences of both pandemics, such as measles and Ebola, and mass atrocities. This panel will examine the possible consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for stability and conflict in the region.
