Lecture & workshop: "What does it mean to decolonize mission history?"
Based on their experiences with an exchange project with students and researchers from Ghana and Basel in 2024, Julia Tischler and Ernest Sewordor reflect on what it means to “decolonize” the history of the Basel Mission. The second part is a small workshop surrounding the bicentenary of the Basel Mission’s first landing in Ghana in 2028.
