Requirements
- Master’s degree in political science, public administration, or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience working within a government or for an international organization (WBG counts internships at 100% rate)
- Good knowledge of economics and public administration and ability to apply economics to operations
- Project management and coordination skills, including experience in developing and implementing complex tasks
- Experience with civil society, citizen engagement and open government and familiarity with transparency, accountability and participation tools an advantage
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Swiss nationality
- Not older than 32 years at the date of the first round of interviews
