Webinar: Covid-19: A perspective from rural South Africa
In the first webinar by PLAAS, the Institute for Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies Constance Mogale from the Alliance for Rural Democracy and Laurel Oettle from a network of rural civil society organisations called LandNNES give a perspective on how the South African government's lockdown regulations affect the rural communities.
The Institutes website offers a collection of news and commentary from PLAAS researchers on the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown and its impact on poor and marginalised communities.
